Track service and samples
Use consistent sample methods and record operating hours, cartridge changes, top-ups and repairs. Document changes in duty so they do not become unearned filtration benefits.

Review results and costs
Compare like-for-like results with the responsible advisers. Include capital and running costs, report limitations, and obtain approval for any maintenance change or publication.
