Shipping and delivery
The delivery model prepared for the South African online launch.

Launch area
Courier checkout will launch for eligible addresses in South Africa. Neighbouring African markets will be added only after destination, export and carrier rules have been confirmed.
Courier calculation
The planned checkout will quote delivery from the parcel’s packed weight, dimensions, destination and selected service level. Cartridges and kidney packs are structured as courier-ready parcels.
Industrial units
Large, configured or hazardous-to-handle consignments may require a freight quotation rather than an automatic courier rate.
Dispatch
Orders will move from paid to allocated, picked, packed, labelled, collected and in transit. Tracking will be sent when the carrier accepts the parcel.
Launch note
Carrier name, dispatch cut-off, delivery estimates, remote-area rules, collection address and loss/damage procedure will be published before checkout opens.
