Injection moulding · Application guide
Build a fluid-control plan around the machine's hydraulic components, cooling environment and production duty—not a generic oil-life promise.
What to investigate
- Water ingress associated with cooling systems or servicing
- Fine contamination affecting sensitive hydraulic components
- Changing production loads obscuring service-cost comparisons
Your selection brief
- Machine make, model and hydraulic component requirements
- Fluid product, viscosity range and reservoir volume
- Recent particle, water and oil-condition reports
- Cycle pattern, oil-change history and component failures
Selection approach
Investigate ingress and compare a permanent offline loop with shared cart servicing. For a shared cart, control cross-contamination between fluids and machines. Confirm media compatibility and the supplied assembly's operating limits.
What to measure
Track sample trends, component interventions, cartridge use and actual service costs across comparable production periods. Review findings with the equipment owner and laboratory before changing maintenance.
Starting points for discussion
These are catalogue options, not automatic recommendations for your machine. Final selection requires an application review.
